[Adduser-devel] Bug#270247: manpage: document all options in OPTIONS section

When I more or less know how a command works, I normally skip the
DESCRIPTION section, and go to the OPTIONS one. Some options (for
example the one I was looking for '--remove-all-files'), are not listed
there. I think they may be documented there.
