[Adduser-devel] Bug#330192: ' in /etc/skel filenames causes
"Unmatched '"

Package: adduser
Version: 3.63
Severity: normal
I copied my gnome conf to /etc/skel. (is this stupid of me?)
/etc/skel/.gnome had filenames with ' in their names.
adduser (sarge) then failed to work, complaining: Unmatched '.
(When I removed those files, this problem went away.)
(The adduser in woody used to work fine with the same files, iirc.).
PS: Is this a security issue?
