This seems to be a problem with adduser, as it also happened with
oidentd and telnetd-ssl:

groupadd: GID 102 is not unique
adduser: `/usr/sbin/groupadd -g 102 oident' returned error code 4.  Aborting.
dpkg: error processing oidentd (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 4

Allowing use of questionable username.
