No.

According to adduser documentation, --quiet suppresses informational
messages and shows only warnings and errors.

According to deluser documentation, --quiet suppresses progress
messages.

In both cases, the warning should be displayed.

And I think that we should streamline the docs so that identical
options are documented identically and do the same thing.

Any chance to have this ready for etch?
