[Adduser-devel] Bug#560313: adduser: Use db_settitle instead of deprecated db_title

The debconf command db_title is deprecated and causes warnings when used.
Please apply the attached (untested but trivial) patch to use the command 
db_settitle instead.

Note that I've not marked the new title template as translatable.

Alternative option
------------------
AFAIK the dialog title defaults to the package name. Capitalizing the 
package name is not really usual in Debian, so an alternative patch could 
be to just remove the line 'db_title Adduser' from the config script.
