I am very sorry you're having trouble contacting them.  However, sending
unsolicited emails to random other people when you know they aren't
related is not a very good way to get an answer - you'll just upset
people by spamming them.

Try the New Maintainers Front Desk (nm.debian.org should have contact
details).
