[Adduser-devel] List Migration, Package Upload

Hi,

I intend to not have the adduser-devel mailing list migrated and instead
do a new upload with an atop at packages.debian.org maintainer address (and
probably standards-version updated).

If there are objections, please raise them this week until Friday
Midnight.
