Hello,

i ask here because I search a lot (on line manual, this list) but don't
find answer.

infra :

I have three levels of apt-cacher-ng

- on DMZ, one server , no proxy , got access to the Internet
- on main site, one server, proxy: DMZ server.
- on 70 others sites, one server , proxy: main site

all this is working, on a site , a server can do "apt-get update &&
apt-get upgrade", about 2000 servers Debian or ubuntu use it.

I have to add this and don't archive it :

- i make a mirror of ubuntu 12.04-4 repository OK
- dev team archive to validate that with the package on the mirror all
programs works OK

Want to use this repo from all site for lot of production computer that
have to be all identical, that don't have to be upgrade.

This repo have to be on main site, not on DMZ.

I change sources.list and replace "archive.ubuntu.com" with
"myrepo.mydomain.com "

I add dns entry with IP of the repo on dns infra of the compagny

from a server on a site try an apt-get update.

see request on site apt-cacher-ng --> see requests on main site
apt-cacher-ng --> see requests on DMZ server
apt-get update fail

i know that if i see request on the DMZ server it's not good.

so question is : How can i configure main site apt-cacher-ng server to
not redirect request for myrepo.mydomain.com to the proxy configured on
the server ?

I make it work with the repository on DMZ but this is not what i want.
I make it work with the repository on the main site but with an access
from the apt-cacher-ng on DMZ. But I don't want to have access on the
repo from the dmz.

On the main site apt-cacher-ng server I try :

Remap or/and LocalDir --> NOK (try to locate the repo on the
apt-cacher-ng server in case this would work )
DontCacheRequested  or DontCacheResolved  --> NOK

I Always see the request on the DMZ server and apt-get fail.

I think that i don't see a little thing but what it is ?

thank for the help

Nicolas
