[Apt-cacher-ng-users] Hash sum mismatch

Hi list,

I've installed apt-cacher-ng on both, a wheezy system at work and a  
ubuntu 14.04 LTS server at home.
On both machines, I often get "Hash sum mismatch", but can't for the  
life of me figure out the reason.

At work I'm behind a caching proxy and I thought the issues are  
because of that, but at home there's no proxy and my provider doesn't  
to transparent proxying either.

What are the reasons for this issue and how can I get rid of them?
