[Apt-cacher-ng-users] Bug report

apt-cacher-ng 0.8.0-3 in Debian Jessie

apt-cacher-ng refused to download file from following url:

https://repo.solid-build.xyz/debian/jessie/bsp-imx6/./armhf/libavformat57_3.0.2-4~bpo8+1_armhf.deb

and gave 403 http error.

Without apt-cacher-ng, apt succesfully downloaded it.
