[Apt-cacher-ng-users] Building under FreeBSD 9

Well... I remember having changed my "UINT" typedef which originally
refered to "unsigned int" to just uint since I assumed it's a valid type
in C++11 for some reason. This is apparently not the case.

All the errors have the same reason.

Please try the latest version:
