[Apt-cacher-ng-users] 404 on SHA256SUMS and cron errors

Good day.

I've recently started getting error mails from daily cron runs with:

/etc/cron.daily/apt-cacher-ng:
Maintenance Task: Expiration
See file /var/log/apt-cacher-ng/maint_1499319296.log.html for more details.
Server control address: http://[::1]:3142/acng-report.html
Problem with debrep/dists/stretch/main/installer-amd64/20170127/images/SHA256SUMS
Errors found, aborting expiration...

I've tried multiple times to tag and delete the problem file, but it's
not working.

The file and error in question is :

Checking/Updating
debrep/dists/stretch/main/installer-amd64/20170127/images/SHA256SUMS...404
Not Found

How can I clean out the cache that is trigger acn to look for this
file or similar to stop the mails ?
