fixed another detail in the man page
removed references to aptitude in doc
postponed some release goals, preparing to upload

Ryan Niebur (15):
updated italian translation, thanks Luca (Closes: #540344)
      reprioritize
      link to the bugs
      confused about that todo item
new TODO item, to get rid of the TODO file (I'm polluting the commit history here :))
LANG=C when running apt-cache, we parse the English output (Closes: #547128)
      use LC_ALL instead
      add missing env, thanks Francesco
fix some strings to actually use translations. the problem before was that they were being 'gettext'ed during class loadtime, before gettext was initialized properly, so it didn't yet know that it was supposed to use the spanish/french/italian/whatever strings (at least that's my theory...and the solution supports my theory).
      Merge branch 'frx'
      add affects to the TODO
      add #552125
      Preparing for upload.
      update my email address
      remove git-tag.sh -- gonna use git-bp now
