Summary: Error 403

Initial Comment:
~/tmptmp$ apt-offline get --download-dir . /media/data/home/ubuntu/apt-offline-BBB-apt.sig

Fetching APT Data

Downloading libapt-pkg4.12 0.8.16~exp12ubuntu10.17 - 849 KiB
ERROR: I don't understand this error code 403
Please file a bug report
Downloading apt 0.8.16~exp12ubuntu10.17 - 1 MiB
ERROR: I don't understand this error code 403
Please file a bug report

ERROR: The following files failed to be downloaded.
ERROR: libapt-pkg4.12 failed.
ERROR: apt failed.

Downloaded data to /home/daniel/tmptmp

Presuming that this was because of the proxy server, I then tried:

~/tmptmp$ apt-offline get --download-dir . --proxy-port 8080 --proxy-host http://webproxy.drdc-rddc.gc.ca /media/data/home/ubuntu/apt-offline-BBB-apt.sig

ERROR: Handle this exception.

I have no control over my organization's proxy. How could I set up the test you need?

Message:
Okay!! That seems to be happening because we don't support Proxy Authentication yet.

Can you confirm if you see the same problem with a Proxy that does not mandate an auth ??
