[apt-proxy-users] Project moved to Alioth

Hello folks,

I and Chris finally had time to do that and we did the migration of
project to Alitoh server.

We still have some things to migrate but this is the new mailing list
for users to use. The old mailing list is currently blocked for
posting and all new subscriptions will receive a message talking about
the move of the project.

We added a new mailing list for all people interested on help us to
develop this amazing tool and if you want to help us please join that
list. To more information about it go to:
