[apt-proxy-users] apt-proxy crashes when accessed from localhost (and others)

Hello all -

I've been using Apt Proxy for a while a love it.  I ran into one interesting 
bug for which I managed to find a work-around.  Instead of reproducing all 
the details, I'll refer you to the bug report, and await your response.
