[Apt-zip-devel] "common.sh version = changelog version" has become "manpage version = changelog version"

Hello,

After quite some time I got time to get back to apt-zip's bugs.

I have tried to build the apt-zip package with the proposed fix; it
failed because the test was not removed from the rules file, but then
I realised that the test could be beneficial if we would check that
the man page was updated to reflect the recent changes.

As the whole point of this bug report was not to fail in such cases I
have implemented the check as simple warning which should be enough,
IMHO.
