[Apt-zip-devel] preview of apt-zip 0.16

I've uploaded the 0.16 version.  As you see in debian/changelog,
this is the same version of DebConf, one month ago,
but I think the patches should be published and not wait for
my better testing procedures for so much time.

If there are major bug, please report it, so that this version
doesn't go in lenny, but it seems to me that it is altrady
a good version.

I'll try to better test the package later,
