Hello,

I've done the first prototype of offline.debian.net.
I had some difficulty about the database management:
the actual version contains 361 Packages.gz components
(origin [debian/ubuntu], version [stable, testing],
 part [main, non-free], architectures, and ev. security).
So it is to much to download frequently from a mirror.

Anyway, you can test in http://offline.debian.net/
