[arandr-announce] ARandR 0.1.8 released

ARandR 0.1.8 was released with the following changes since 0.1.7.1:

* Allow setting the primary output

* New translations:

  - Brazilian (by Fred Maranhão)
  - Russian (by Ivan Vantu5z)

  - Ukrainian (by Igor)
  - Hungarian (by Balázs Úr)
  - Greek (by Efstathios Iosifidis)
  - Korean (by cho bkwon)

As usual, he software is available from the project website at [1].

I'd like to use this opportunity to inform you of the (slow but
progressing) activity in the `verbose` and `gtk3` branches, which
feature Python and GTK3 support as well as an enhanced programming
model (with a cleaner separation between state and configuration),
enhanced testing capabilities and property support.
