Temporary autopkgtest git mirror

Just FYI:

As alioth has been down for two weeks already, and I'm sitting on 19
unpushed commits, I now created a temporary mirror at

  https://gitorious.org/autopkgtest/autopkgtest

I committed quite some refactoring to simplify the code and make it
easier to understand and maintain, cleaned up the CLI a bit (ongoing),
and there's some bug fixes and new features as well.

Of course I'll push that back to alioth once it comes back up.
