Lintian is already aware of this, as mentioned by Niels:

but the tag is currently not a warning. Did you mean to suggest that we
ask the lintian maintainers to promote that tag to an actual warning?
FWIW, I'd welcome that.

Regarding the MBF, I didn't mean to propose another one. I was merely
pointing to the old one to observe its evolution over time.
