I checked current ruby-jwt git and there's no autopkgtest there, so I
suppose you didn't commit that yet.

This looks like a typo in your debian/tests/control, you seem to have
an extra ']' there. If that's not it, can you please attach your file
or the complete test so that I can reproduce?
