This works quite nicely, and I'm happy that this cleans up the DEP-8
spec again and also opens up the possibility of calling autodep8 from
e. g. sadt.

As deciding about which tests to synthesize (which includes parsing
the Testsuite: header) is now done by autodep8, I'm reassigning this

@Antonio: Is autodep8 maintained in git somewhere? Mind adding a Vcs-*
header? Thanks!
