Bug#762009: autopkgtest: unconditionally greps debian/tests/control

Every log of the latest test run of pkg-perl packages has 

 grep: debian/tests/control: No such file or directory

right after the source is extracted. It looks like this
comes from build_source(); this probably needs an update
to accommodate the new implicit test control files.
