Correct. Moreover, if you see that network access is broken on
ci.debian.net or autopkgtest.ubuntu.com, please do raise this. On
ci.debian.net it should work without problems, but on the Ubuntu CI we
need to go via proxy which sometimes needs some fine-tuning of the
$no_proxy variable.
