Bug#821778: More useful logs with --show-boot

$ adt-run -l adt-boot.log
-d /tmp/tmp.lXjW2N5fd3/lava-server_2016.4-1.dsc -U --- qemu --debug
--show-boot adt-sid-2.raw

$ adt-run -l adt-orig-image.log
-d /tmp/tmp.lXjW2N5fd3/lava-server_2016.4-1.dsc -U --- qemu --debug
--show-boot adt-sid.img

So adt-orig-image.log uses the same image as I have been using for some
time - it's just that as it's using unstable, I update/upgrade it
manually between tests (otherwise adt reboots during the test and slows
things down).

It looks now like a change in what adt is expecting at the boot prompt.
