Really cheap and cheesy workaround:

This will introduce an extra delay of a few seconds up to a minute or
two (depending on how fast the VM can collect entropy). If someone
knows a better one (like a magic env var to keep python3.5 from
reading from urandom at start), I'm all ears of course!
