Python3 and Lua bindings split out of the LXC packages

Ohai,

your package currently has a "Depends: lxc" in Debian.

My short analysis told me that this is because that it uses one of the lxc-*
binaries we ship in there. If it is the case: carry on, happy hacking and
thanks for using/supporting LXC :)

If not (or not only): we have split out the Python3 and Lua bindings from
the main lxc package into python3-lxc and lua-lxc. So if you only need the
bindings, you can switch the Depends accordingly.

pkg:lxc itself depends on pkg:python3-lxc (as some of the lxc tools are
written in Python), but Lua is now fully optional. If you need Lua,
you might want to adjust your dependencies too :)

Thanks
Evgeni
