Summary: Axel doesn't finish download and and a few bytes remaining when a connection closed unexpected. 


Initial Comment:
i tried to download a file twice but both times then it say a connection closed unexpected and continue downloading when it reaches 100% it stop working(nether finish it's work and close nether use any cpu time or doing anything).
and it i kill process and start it again it say for example 19 bytes remaining but doesn't download that bytes.
