bash-completion seems to be broken with vi and vim.  As far as I can see, it works normally with
nano, cat, etc...

example: trying to do "# vi /e[tab]"


# vi /esed: can't read /e: No such file or directory
sed: can't read c/bash_comple: No such file or directory
sed: can't read io: No such file or directory
