Justification: renders package unusable
With that release the bash completion stopped working completely.
$ ls a/
$ ls a/foo/
$ ls a/bar/
$ ls a/f TAB
# does NOT complete, and
$ ls a/f TAB TAB
# blinks/beeps, then shows a
