This is a duplicate of #502804. It happens because you're calling bash
as /bin/sh, instead of /bin/bash.
A patch is present in #502804, if you want to call it as /bin/sh (i.e. if
you need POSIX compatibility). Either apply it, or wait for a new version of
bash-completion to be released.
