I already know how to use control at .
Yet I could have added a #comment there, but the close was completely wrong (it
should've been a reassign rather). Sorry.

As stated above, I missed a reassign in the mail to control at .
This is a bug in the bash package, not bash-completion (and I don't why Luk
reassigned it in first instance).
Both /etc/bash.bashrc and /etc/skel/.bashrc belong to the bash package, so it
should be fixed there.
The "+ wontfix" is because Matthias Klose originally tagged it this way, so I'm
leaving decision up to him now.
