Arg, and not even file names with spaces in names can be completed,
that is a PITA!!!

I have the feeling that this whole completion is getting more and 
more useless, because it tries to be more intelligent than Einstein.

Filename completion should be *ALWAYS* the fallback even if no known
completion method is known.

I consider this now important, since it actually makes completion
useless if spaces in names are not supported.
