(FWIW, I'm still in favour of changing it, and Launchpad is now "free 
software" too - if you consider AGPL to be free, that is)

I can't tell, I just enabled anonymous posting :

I posted that bug as anonymous, then I logged in again, and I could add 
attachments. But maybe because I'm a project admin?

Raph, could you please see whether you can attach something to that bugreport? 
Or to any other one?
