Hi,
One thing that has bugged me is that <TAB> doesn't complete things with asterixes in them.
For example,
$ mv *.txt<TAB>
would produce the filenames of all files with extension .txt when NOT using bash_completion. This is useful as a check to see what files you're actually moving (in the example above).
When using bash_completion, hitting <TAB> doesn't do anything.
Any hints or workarounds for this problem?
