Initial Comment:
If you hit ctrl-c during a ssh password conversation the terminal gets all garbled and you have to run 'reset'.

How to repeat:
$ ssh -l foo server.tld
Password:[HIT CTRL-C]
[hit a few times return]

==> terminal is garbled
