[Bash-completion-devel] local filename completion fails with nmh send

Hey

When I try bash filename completion with

 send ./<file-name-prefix>

where "send" is "/usr/bin/mh/send", I get nothing.

If I run "complete -r", it works.

If I remove "send" from the /etc/bash_completion.d/nmh "have" list, then run
"complete -r" and ". /etc/bash_completion",  it also works.

What gives?  It doesn't seem like the right behavior for "send".
