[Bash-completion-devel] Bug#632026: bash-completion: aborts if "set -u" for unknown/undef vars

Package: bash-completion
Version: 1:1.2-3
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

When working with 'root' I use "set -u" to avoid executing commands by
mistake that contain unknown/undefined variables that will lead to a
possible different result than intended. However, the file names
completion (and possible other types) aborts with:
$ vi bash: exclude: unbound variable

Please add support for "set -u".

Thanks
