[Bash-completion-devel] Patch: no-ls-parse

The manual page only says that the entries are sorted, but I do not see
by which locale. Since LC_COLLATE is taken into account in character
ranges, I assume that LC_COLLATE comes into play in sorting.

On the other hand, I do not see how the order makes any difference since
all those scripts in /completions seem to be independant of each other.
