Package: bash-completion
Version: 1:2.0-1
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
The directories:
/path/to/toto
/path/to/foo -> /bar/foo
/bar/foo
When in /path/to/foo:
cd ../ <Tab>
Then nothing autocompletes
* What outcome did you expect instead?
cd ../ <Tab>
/path/to/toto
/path/to/foo
* What is the solution?
There is a bug in /etc/bash_completion, function _cd()
Disabling it in ~/.bashrc fixes the bug
complete -r cd
