If you consider something a bug, I suggest filing specific reports
about your findings at
https://alioth.debian.org/projects/bash-completion/ -- in this case
preferably along with patches; I'm not aware of any active contributor
using/working on a POSIX environment so without bug reports it is
quite likely that things will fall through the cracks. On the other
hand I'm not sure if others will consider it a bug if our stuff
doesn't work in POSIX mode. This is bash completion after all, and I
don't think it's unreasonable to expect bash features to be available.
