[Bash-completion-devel] Bug#868813: scp: add colon after compelted hostnames

Hi.

When completing hostnames for scp, it makes sense IMO, that a colon would
be added automatically after the completed hostname, since *if* it's
actually taken as a hostname (which is implied by the completion to it)
and not a file, then a ":" is anyway necessary.
