[Bash-completion-devel] Bug#864691: dpkg -i ~username adds space at end wrongly

Do
# dpkg -i ~nords<TAB>
it expands to
$ dpkg -i /home/nordsburg []
where the correct result would be
$ dpkg -i /home/nordsburg/[]
([] is the cursor).
