[Blend-fluxbox-devel] Mailing list policy

I'd like to suggest the following advisory policy when sending emails
to the mailing list:

- Titles are "Subject - Details"
- Messages are task oriented

Examples would be:

"Development - First step" - an email about the first steps in development

"Motivation - Intended audience" - an email about the intended
audience for the project

This would be to help keep discussions on topic and to reduce the
overload of too many things being talked about all at once. Also it
helps to locate topics in the list.

Anyway, I will start with this style and if people like it, we can
continue. If not, that's OK too :-)
