Question about bts-link an Sourceforge

bts-link noticed that
	http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=365843
was forwarded to SF.

Now, the bug for SF can be found at

http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1482406&group_id=86268&atid=579014

whereas bts-link points to 

http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detailatid=579014&aid=1482406&group_id=86268

which is Octplot's general bug list. Is this supposed to be correct?
Because from that page, I don't see if a bug was closed.
