some more bug trackers

Hi!

I've added two trac instances to the configuration file for packages
I'm working on, and support for another type of bug tracker.

I'd be very grateful if you could pull this into the mainline and get
these changes into production. and please go easy on me if I made
mistakes, I'm not good at python. :)
