The situation is this:

- from remote BTSes we don't gather subject, and it would be overkill
to modify all the parsers to add this
- for debbugs, we currently don't have the subject information (I've
added a note to support this and then add it to the email)

That was added, it will be sent along with the bug number in next executions.
