Adding a bunch of new bugtrackers (gforges, bugzillas, tracs)

Hi.

I've tried and add some more config stanzas for some "not understood"
bug URLs.

See differences between my "master" and "fixes" at :
http://git.debian.org/?p=users/olberger-guest/bts-link.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/fixes and feel free to merge (or cherry-pick) to bts-link.

I've not fully tested these, and only used btspull-debugrun.sh.

May need further proofreading before we spam the world or slashdot the
bugtrackers ;)
